 displaying features in alignment

Anyone knows how to display the features of the aligned sequences in AlignX? I read in the manual that you can do it but I cant figure out how?
Any help appreciated. thanks

Hi Jack,

You simply right-click on the name of the molecule in the text panel on the left and you will see an option at the bottom saying Display Features cheers
