Hello,
Anyone know if you can create new constructs in Vector NTI with non Invitrogen plasmids ? Can you store the constructs in the software ?

Yep. You can do restriction cloning using any plasmid in your database. Simply open the plasmid, click on one restriction site and shift+click on a second restriction site to digest the vector!
You can save the new constructs in the database as well.
