sequence clipping

Hi,
When I assemble sequences in ContigExpress some of them are trimmed automatically. Does anyone know how to prevent this trimming to happen??

In Contig Express, click on the Assembly Setup >> on the 2nd tab >> uncheck "use automatic clipping"
