pubmed search tool not working

I am not sure if it's only me or if it's a common problem but the pubmed search tool is not working anymore in my version. It's a very convenient tool that allow you to download Genebank molecules directly in Vector NTI with full annotations!

Anyone has a similar problem ??

Thanks

Bijo

Hi,

When I assemble sequences in ContigExpress some of them are trimmed automatically. Does anyone know how to prevent this trimming to happen??

cheers

What is Darwine ?

Darwine is an open source implementation that allows to run Windows applications on Mac computers. Darwine is not an emulator, it's a software package that creates a layer of compatibility between the Mac and Windows platforms.

The main advantage of Darwine is that it does not require the installation of Emulators (such as Parallels , Vmware). You can run Vector NTI from your intel mac directly!
