Vector NTI is the most highly integrated sequence analysis software. I have been using it since my graduate school (at the MPI) for over 10 years and I must say it has been very useful to my research all along.
Because of the wide range of applications included in this software it has also been time consuming to learn using the different tools. I have been desperately looking for a forum on the usage of this software but never found any. So I decided to start one.
I hope this forum will be helpful for advanced and novice users and all Vector NTI fans !
